ARRIVING IN 2021
And here we are, SG Marine Guide was just a start-up trying to contribute to a community of like-minded marine lovers and leisure seekers, at every moment the content we share is all about showing off the Singapore leisure marine industry and lifestyle. IN THE NEWS
Singapore’s marine activities were in the news over the past month, SG Marine Guide was at the forefront of a successful rescue of two capsized kayakers off Sentosa Cove. Bendera Bay, a new marine research and education lagoon on St Johns Island was launched by NParks and the Friends of Marine Park over the weekend, we look forward to the extensive marine conservation activities from all of the partners involved.
BOATERS AGAINST PLASTIC
Our first Boaters Against Plastic Islands clean up was a resounding success, lead by Nico Civelli’s M/Y Moana, saw 21 boatsfour jet skis and 102 people join the first “Boaters Against Plastic” Singapore islands clean up, successfully taking an incredible 2,070kg of washed-up rubbish off the islands of Hantu, Lazarus and St Johns. In 2021, we will be organising a clean up each month, please follow the link here to get involved.
