SUTL to Acquire Marina at Keppel Bay, Expanding ONE°15’s Presence in Singapore

Singapore’s marina landscape is set for a significant transformation following the announcement that SUTL Enterprise Limited has entered into a put-and-call option agreement to acquire Marina at Keppel Bay for S$40 million. Upon completion of the acquisition, the marina will be rebranded as ONE°15 Marina Keppel Bay, further strengthening the ONE°15 network in Singapore and across the region.

Expected to complete in the second half of 2026, the acquisition will add 166 berths to SUTL’s Singapore portfolio, including superyacht berthing for vessels up to 280 feet. Combined with the existing 270 berths at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove, SUTL will operate a total of 436 berths, making it the largest integrated marina owner and operator in Singapore.

A strategic mainland marina

Located within Singapore’s Greater Southern Waterfront, Marina at Keppel Bay occupies a unique position as a centrally located, mainland marina serving more than 10,000 nearby residential units. Its proximity to the CBD and strong transport connectivity have long made it attractive to boat owners seeking convenience without sacrificing lifestyle.

SUTL plans to invest in phased infrastructure upgrades following the acquisition. These include modernised clubhouse amenities, improved berthing infrastructure, new retail offerings, and the introduction of integrated lifestyle and wellness concepts. The aim is to enhance long-term asset value while opening new revenue streams across berthing, membership, hospitality, and food and beverage services.

Strengthening the ONE°15 network

According to Arthur Tay, Chief Executive Officer of SUTL Enterprise, the acquisition aligns with the Group’s long-term growth strategy in Asia Pacific. With both a city marina at Keppel Bay and an island marina at Sentosa Cove, ONE°15 members will gain access to two distinct yet complementary marina experiences within close proximity.

The expanded footprint is expected to deliver operational synergies through shared resources and services, while diversified membership tiers and land-based lifestyle offerings are designed to enhance the overall value of ONE°15 membership across the network.

Sustainability and community at the core

Beyond commercial expansion, SUTL has indicated that environmental and community initiatives will play a key role at ONE°15 Marina Keppel Bay. Plans include extending the Blue Water EduFest programme, expanding the existing coral garden to support marine biodiversity, and hosting satellite elements of the Singapore Yachting Festival across both Singapore marinas.

These initiatives reflect SUTL’s broader commitment to marine conservation, education, and community engagement, while also reinforcing Singapore’s position as a leading yachting and superyacht hub in Asia.

Looking ahead

With the addition of ONE°15 Marina Keppel Bay, SUTL continues to consolidate a curated network of marinas across Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia, each defined by a distinct character and experience. For Singapore’s boating and yachting community, the acquisition signals not just growth in capacity, but a renewed focus on lifestyle, wellness, and integrated marina experiences in the heart of the city
