(KTV CLUSTER) REVISION TO THE NUMBER OF PERSONS ONBOARD PLEASURE CRAFT IN THE PORT OF SINGAPORE

With effect from 19 Jul 2021, food and beverages may be consumed onboard the craft if not more than 2 persons are dining at the same time. More than 2 and up to 5 persons may dine at the same time if the persons from the same group meet the following criteria and the owners/operators of SZH-licensed pleasure craft have put in place systems to check the status of such individuals:

a) Fully vaccinated6; or
b) Recovered from COVID-19 (within 270 days); or
c) Unvaccinated but has a valid negative pre-event testing result for the duration of the charter (refer to LINK for more information); or
d) Children aged 12 years and below7.

  • This Port Marine Circular (PMC) supersedes PMC 29 of 2021 on 19 Jul 2021 and updates the requirements for owners/operators of SZH-licensed pleasure craft from 19 Jul 2021.
