The Singapore Power Boat Association (SPBA) primarily promotes safe and pleasurable boating in Singapore and champions one’s right to enjoy the sea. We bridge the enforcement demands of the MPA and the desire of the boater for the free and unrestricted use of local waters and access to international waters. We promote safety at sea by conducting and supporting professional training and education through the PPCDL (Powered Pleasure Craft Driving Licence) and Advance courses as required. We organize and sanction Singapore’s interests in the Power Boat Sport arena and maintain high standards of safety and sportsmanship to transform Singapore into a water sports hub.
