International Arrival Procedure for Nongsa Point Marina – Give 7 days advance notice of your arrival & for berth reservations.
Requirements
- Boats must be fitted with IMO approved AIS Class A/B.
- Passport must be valid for minimum 6 months
- Foreigners must possess valid Indonesia Visa or follow the latest visa policy.
- All on board must have vaccinated minimum 2 doses, at least 14 days before date of departure. and has Covid-19 Vaccination certificate.
- Vaccinated exemption for Travelers under 18 y.o traveling with fully vaccinated adults.
- All on board must have completed PCR Test (within 48 hours before departure).
- If no PCR test from departure port, a test will be conducted here by Port Health Authority. All onboard must stay isolated until results out.
- Professionally administered ART (rapid test antigen) sample taken maximum 1×24 hours before departure. Applicable only if you are:
- Vaccinated minimum 2 doses.
- The ART result must be in official letter form, endorsed byclinic/hospital/lab
- Non-Indonesian Citizen must have onlystayed in Singapore for 14days before departure.
- Indonesian Citizen no minimum stay requirement.
- Minimum quarantine days as per Government announcement from time to time
You’ll need to send these documents:
- Yacht Certificate, Insurance Cover Note, and MMSI Certificate.
- Certificate of Vaccination, passport & visas of all onboard.
- Complete the Customs Vessel Declaration registration from online:
https://vds.beacukai.go.id/YachtOnline/login.html - When available; Port Clearance, Crew List and PCR / ART results from last port of call.
Upon arriving at Nongsa Point Marina:
- Port Health Authority will come onboard to check general health conditions and/or conduct PCR test if required.
- Once cleared above & approved, only then Immigration & Customs clearance will take place.
- Customs will come onboard to inspect and take photographs of the navigational equipment, engines, interior & exterior of the vessel.
- No disembarking or any embarkation until fully cleared by Authorities.
