With more than 25 years of global experience in yacht sales, charter, brokerage, and business development, Richard Allen brings extensive expertise to his new role. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Simpson Marine in Hong Kong, where he led the company through its acquisition by Sanlorenzo and spearheaded significant organisational realignment. His previous roles include a decade with Ancasta International in the UK and time with global charter company Sunsail.
