F1 Singapore 2025: Marina Barrage Access & Overnight Docking at Fullerton

As Singapore prepares for the excitement of the 2025 Formula 1 Grand Prix, the Marina Barrage and Marina Bay area offer boaters a unique vantage point and mooring opportunity right in the heart of the city. If you’re bringing your vessel in during this period, here’s what you need to know about accessing the inner bay and docking overnight.

Booking Process
1. Apply for PUB Vessel Entry Permit
2. Make payment (Mon–Fri only)
3. Email payment proof to: PUB_MB_Ops@pub.gov.sg
4. Receive hoist time confirmation via email
5. Call 1 hour before arrival to reconfirm slot

What You Need to Prepare
• Photos of sealed toilets and sealed discharge valves
• Clearly marked, certified sling belt positions
• Declaration of any added structures or temporary weight
• SUPs, kayaks, and small watercraft are not permitted

Hoist Specifications & Fees
• Max Size: 20m (length) x 6m (beam)
• Max Load: 70 tonnes
• Fee: SGD $6.54 per foot (includes hoist-in and hoist-out, GST included)
• Payment must be made at least 3 days before your scheduled hoist via PUB link

Operating Hours
•Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (last hoist at 4:45 PM)
• Sat: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (last hoist at 12:45 PM)
• Closed Sundays & Public Holidays
• No last-minute requests will be accepted.

On Hoist Day
• All passengers must disembark
• Engine must be switched off before hoist
• Present: PUB Vessel Permit, MPA License (if required), and payment receipt
• Follow all instructions from the hoist operator
• No hoisting permitted during rain or lightning

Overnight Docking at The Fullerton Heritage

Boaters seeking to stay overnight in Marina Bay can apply for limited berthing at The Fullerton Heritage, offering direct access to the city’s waterfront during the F1 weekend.

Locations Available
• Finger Pier Jetty
• Clifford Pier Staircase
• Customs House Jetty

Berthing & Utility Rates
• Berthing: $250 per point per day
• Electricity:
• 32 AMP – $200/day
• 64 AMP – $300/day
• Water Supply Available

For Vessels Requiring Embarkation/Disembarkation (Small Vessels Only)
• $1,000 per vessel per day
• $1,500 per vessel per day (with overnight stay)

Full Overnight Docking
• $2,000 per vessel per night
• $2,500 per vessel per day including overnight stay
• Includes access to Clifford Pier Staircase for controlled movement
