ONE15 Marina Customs, Immigration, Quarantine (CIQ) facility will resume operation from 1 June 2022.
Please note the following standard operating procedures:
Prior to arrival/departure, any vessel going through the immigration clearance at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove must engage a vessel agent.
Vessel agent has to complete and submit the CIQ Reservation Form together with the vessel registration, insurance, and crew and passenger list via ONE°15 Marina’s website online form here at least one day in advance.
ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove will process and confirm all reservations on a first-come, first-served basis via email.
Only registered vessels with confirmed reservations are permitted to carry out immigration clearance at the ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove CIQ.
Vessel agent must be present at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove during the immigration clearance process conducted by Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
Vessel must leave the gazetted area within 15 minutes after immigration clearance.
All passengers, crew and captain are not allowed to disembark onto ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove’s pontoon until immigration clearance is completed.
Cancellation must be made in writing to cr.sc@one15marina.com at least 4 hours before your arrival time, failing which the custom clearance charges will be levied accordingly.
Late arrival charges of $53.50/hour shall apply should you fail to show up with your vessel at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove’s CIQ based on your booked arrival time.
The marina will review the reservations for vessels more than 125ft based on the availability of the berth as our CIQ can only accommodate vessels below 125ft.
